Mindfulness for Educators During this Time of Stress

In this time of almost constant change and high anxiety, we are thinking about ways to support you and reduce your stress. Some schools have asked for mental health and mindfulness resources.
In response, we have created a mindfulness webinar series. During each webinar, Yael Shy will facilitate a mindfulness practice that is designed help us reduce our stress or anxiety. In addition, after the mindfulness session, Yael Shy will facilitate a Q&A for people to explore how to bring parts of mindfulness in to their virtual classrooms. If the timing doesn't work for you, you will be able to access recordings on our website for use at any time.
Dates and Times:
Thursdays: March 19th, March 26th, April 2nd
Tuesdays: March 24th, March 31st
