Reggio Emilia Wonder of Learning Exhibit... Through a Jewish Lens

We are including this amazing exhibition and these resources as part of our Site Visits since we led four different guided educator trips there in 2015.
Wonder of Learning was an exhibition of the infant-toddler centers and preschools of the Istituzione Municipality of Reggio Emilia, Italy.
During our trip we understood better the role documentation plays in elevating the voices of children in their learning and wondering about the world and the approach educators take in capturing and curating those stories. The exhibit had strict rules governing what we could photograph and what we could not, therefore only some of the extensive exhibit was able to be added to our photo journal from our visit. The two amazing spaces that we feature in the photo journals includes the Nature Atelier and the White/Black Room. We also set up a type of video camera booth and asked our visiting educators to share a few immediate reflections with us. A collection of these responses is shared below as well.
